Today’s Show Me Your Pedalboard entry comes from Craig all the way from New Zealand! Craig is rocking a very modest board ripe with Pedals And Effects favorites! Let’s take a look at what Craig is rocking:
Craig’s signal starts off into one of the best tuners ever, the TC Electronic Polytune (comes in different sizes and also available in black for their noir edition) followed by a 3 Leaf Audio Wonderlove Envelope Filter. 3 Leaf Audio is a boutique effects pedal company run entirely by one person out of Seattle, Washington. They got some cool looking stuff, I gotta check them out! You can find their line of pedals here. Craig’s got a Electro-Harmonix Bass Big Muff running out of the FX loop of the Wonderlove. The OG Big Muff fuzz pedals are still readily available from Electro-Harmonix, swap one of those out with the Bass Big Muff, your tone will thank you!

Craig’s chain moves onto a double team of two of my favorite pedals ever! The BOSS CS-2 compressor/sustainer and the BOSS OC-2 Octave pedal. Awesome, awesome picks Craig! I’ve spoken volumes about my love for these pedals. I’d move them both after the tuner, but that’s just me. Get those harmonics to pop and the compressor really affects the rest of the chain in a positive way. Up next is a smallsound/bigsound Team Awesome! fuzz machine. Craig mentions that he was sold on this fuzz when he saw our Pedals And Effects interview with Brian Hamilton of smallsound/bigsound. Brian brought in his whole line of effects (at the time) and we demoed each and every one! You can check out the interview here, and find out more about smallsound/bigsound here.
